This is Japanese "Dobin Mushi". "Dobin" is kettle-shaped Japanese tableware. "Mushi" is a steaming dish. Matsutake mushroom, chicken, honewort, soup are in the Dobin and steam the whole. Photographed day: September 18, 2011
